Features

A.         paper sheet feeding section

   vacuum absorption with auxiliary kick-style paper sheet feeding system, the wind flow can be adjusted for smooth feeding subject to sheet size and the bending degree.

   The paper-kicking plate is made of aluminum alloy, which is featured with light weight and wearing endurance..there is set a pneumatic paper sheet-stacking device on rear shutter.

   Electrical adjustment of side shutter, manual adjustment of front shutter for 3,5,7 Layer corrugated cardbord as well independent clearance adjustment.

     Nylon brush is used to remove dirt ,tiny paper sheet and contamination from printing side to improve quality.

    Interval paper sheet feeding device provides the option of both consecutive and interval feeding.

B.       printing section

l         The printing rollers are grinded and plated with chrome, fast and easy to hang templates.

l         Step pedal is used to control the side of printing plate when in mounting and dismounting.

l         The printing image positioning unit is equipped with magnetic clutch braking mechanism which will brake machine running and maintain gear position.
