Automatic Printing, Grooving and Cutting Machine

Features:

• Paper Feeding Section
  • Vacuum sucking with auxiliary kick-style paper feeding system. The wind flow can be adjusted for smooth feeding subject the bending degree of paper.
  • The position of side shutter, paper-king plate and rear shutter can be electrically adjusted to align paper.
  • The paper-king plate is made of aluminum alloy, with light weight and wearing endurance.
  • The paper-feeding rollers are wrapped with wearing-proof rubber and equipped with pneumatic adjustment quantify.
  • Linear bearings are used on paper-feeing rails which guarantees smooth and correct paper feeding.
  • The options of consecutive and interval feeding is provides and electronic counter is used to show output quantity.

• Printing section
  • The blocking rollers and pressing rollers are made of top-class steel, whose surface is grinded and plated with chrome, and runs smoothly and symmetrically in both dynamic and static condition.
  • The hang-on mechanism makes installation easy and fast.
  • Step pedal is sued to control the side of printing plate when in mounting and dismounting.
  • Pneumatic unit is used to control ascend and descend mechanism in cooperation with paper-feeding system.
  • PLC and touch screen is used to in positioning image with 360-degree aligning. The printing roller is capable of intelligent zeroing which can be reset by shortcut in both dynamic and static condition.
  • The horizontal position of printing rollers is displayed in digifs for adjustment in the range of 20mm.
  • The printing image positioning unit is equipped with magnetic clutch braking mechanism which will brake machine running and maintain printing position when machine shifts from printing position or adjustment is made on the position.
• Grooving section
  • Boards are not apt to break after being pressed by pre-pressing wheel.
  • Multi control is applied through touch screen and electrical buttons and orders can be stored as well.
  • All those tools using alloy metal are treated by heat. The grooving teeth are 7mm in width that are extremely sharp and weareing-proof.
  • The grooving unit is controlled by PL, touch screen and 360-degree digital adjustment (workable in both dynamic and static condition) and orders cane stored as well.
  • Aluminum button punching device is provided.
  • The control panel is equipped with 10.4-inch touch screen and is controlled by PLC program, through which operator can make settings and operation on paper-feeding section, printing section, grooving section and cutting section.
• Cutting section
  • Rollers are wrapped with rubber and made of top-quality steel that is grinded and plated with chrome.
  • Balance can be reached thorough adjustment for running stability.
  • Template rollers are rubber rollers are set apart by gas cylinder from each other when inactive, which reduces machine load and prolong rollers life as well.
  • The pneumatic lift mechanism that works together with paper-feeding system (Template rollers ascend when paper is fed in Rollers descend when paper feeding stops to ensure the cutout number of a sheet.) .
  • The rubber roller, which is driven by mechanical method, can move by 30mm from left side to right side Provided with axis shift of fixed amount, the wearing of the roller is evenly distributed. This prolongs roller life to a great degree.
  • Image position adjustment mechanism structured in planetary gears.
  • PLC and touch screen with 360-degree adjustment is used in cutting process. Oredrs can be stored as well.
  • Rubber roller preparing unit is added on the machine, with the rubber rollers can be prepared repeatedly for multi use.
  • Rubbish-clearing mechanism is added that uses belt conveyor.
